Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread


1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. vanilla


  1. Beat all ingredients in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
  3. Serve with toasted mini bagels.

Makes 1-1/2 cups
