Corn Casserole

I think this is a pretty common recipe, but new to me, so here goes:

Corn Casserole


1 (16 oz) can Whole Corn
1 (16 oz) can Creamed Corn
1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 Eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
3 or 4 oz. shredded Cheddar Cheese


  1. Grease a casserole dish.
  2. Set aside about 1/3 cup cheddar cheese.
  3. Combine all other ingredients together, mixing well.
  4. Pour mixture into casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, sprinkle the reserved cheese on top during the last 10 min. of baking.
