I think this is a pretty common recipe, but new to me, so here goes:
1 (16 oz) can Whole Corn
1 (16 oz) can Creamed Corn
1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 Eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
3 or 4 oz. shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Grease a casserole dish.
- Set aside about 1/3 cup cheddar cheese.
- Combine all other ingredients together, mixing well.
- Pour mixture into casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, sprinkle the reserved cheese on top during the last 10 min. of baking.
