Love and 30

Today, I am wishing the best birthday ever to Bradley.  He turns 30, and I love him more today than any day in his twenties!  I could never have imagined a person more suited for me than him.  Who else would put up with my soapboxes and down days?  He was my inspiration for creating and maintaining this blog and he is my 24/7 creative director in all things technical.  He is a great encourager and provider.  He is talented beyond belief in so many ways.  I am so excited to spend his next 30 years (and more!) by his side!

Bradley and I celebrated his birthday at one of his favorite restaurants – Bones.  After eating some incredible steaks, I gave him a gift card to the Apple store.  He has been wanting an iPad since he first heard they were coming out, but I have been reigning in his go-go-gadget side since we first started sharing finances.  I wanted his 30th to be extra special, and I couldn’t think of anything more special for him than what he has constantly been craving for what seems like forever.  We went straight from the restaurant to Lenox Mall to pick out his prized possession.

I think he may have preferred to actually unwrap an iPad, but the last thing I wanted to do was buy the wrong GB version or whatever, so better safe than sorry.  I’m pretty sure I got the best wifey award for this birthday.

I love you and Happy Birthday!

I think Habitual Rearranger fits me well because I am never settled on designs, colors, or placement of items in our home. I drive Bradley crazy sometimes, but I keep figuring out new and better ways of doing things! I am not striving to be profound or an expert on anything in this blog. It is simply a way to keep a record of all of my adventures - home and life - for me to reference and also for my loved ones to follow along. I am a born and raised Georgia girl. I don't think I would enjoy living anywhere except the south. Bradley and I spent six and a half years in our starter home and are now in our forever home, a 1970s traditional two story brick house. I love getting into all kinds of projects around our house, and I try to document all the dirty details here if for no one else than for me.
